Megan Fox files divorce petition

Megan Fox has been the hottest talking topic in the gossips columns for the past few days, as she openly announced her break up with husband Brian Austin Green some days back. Now, the actress has filed a divorce petition citing "irreconcilable differences". 

As per close sources to Megan Fox, it has been revealed that there is no prenuptial agreement between the couples, and it will make the properties and other earnings garnered in the last five years divided into half. 

Megan Fox has also asked the legal rights to keep her two sons in her custody.Megan Fox also pay Brian spousal property because of the disparity in income, and due to the medical problems he is facing. 

The date of separation between the couples is listed on June 15, 2015.
